For your convenience, here are some common questions answered:
When will my order be shipped?
I ship out orders every week, on the date listed at the top of the shop. You should receive an e-mail about your order being received, and another one confirming your order has been shipped out, unless you have entered your e-mail address wrong by mistake.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders takes about 1-3 weeks for orders to reach Canadian / USA destinations, and anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for international orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
I ship internationally, except UK. Sorry UK readers ):
Why can't you ship to the UK?
Because brexit import taxes and stuff is beyond me at the moment and I don't have enough braincells or time to do a whole separate VAT collection/ remittance process for a single country ):
Do shipments include tracking?
Most orders destined for North America, Europe, and most major Western countries include full tracking. Some parts of the world are difficult to get tracking for, including but not limited to South East Asia, Africa, and the middle east.
Will you be able to sign the books I purchase?
Yes, I personally sign all book products that are purchased through me unless you tell me not to. You can also request 11"x17" posters signed in the message to seller text box at checkout as well!
Can I find your books in local bookstores?
Currently, English versions of my books are self published, so the only way to purchase them is through me in this store, and the book store The Dragon in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
The German and French editions of my books are licensed to individual publishing companies recently, and you may be able to find copies of them at your local bookstores in German- and French-speaking countries in Europe! French editions are also now available in Quebec, Canada.
