For your convenience, here are some common questions answered:
US Shipping (as of May 2026):
Currently, I can only ship books and posters to the US. To be able to checkout, please don't add any other items to your cart!
Because I am located in Canada, due to Tariffs introduced by the Trump Administration, some items will require Duty to be paid upon importation to the US which are too complex for my shop to selectively handle. Sorry about the inconvenience!
When will my order be shipped?
I ship out orders every other week, on the date listed at the top of the shop. You should receive an email about your order being received, and another one confirming your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive confirmation emails, you may have used the wrong email address, or your order did not get processed. Please contact me if you need help with your order!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders takes about 1-3 weeks to reach Canadian / USA destinations, and anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for international orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
I ship internationally, with the following exceptions:
UK: I cannot ship there at all.
US: I can only ship books and posters.
Why can't you ship to the UK?
The UK requires the seller to collect/remit VAT independently and I don't have the resources or the sales volume to justify the work required at the moment. Sorry!
Do shipments include tracking?
Most orders include tracking, with the exception of parts of South East Asia, Africa, and the middle east.
Will you be able to sign the items I purchase?
If you would like me to sign something, please leave a note to me by clicking the "add a message to the seller" button on the shopping cart page!
Can I find your books in local bookstores?
Currently, English versions of my books are self published, so the only way to purchase them is through me in this store, and the book store The Dragon in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
The German and French editions of my books are licensed to independent publishers, and you may be able to find copies of them at your local bookstores in German- and French-speaking countries in Europe! French editions are also now available in some stores in Quebec, Canada.
